Programme overview
A hands-on workshop for people who have to run risk assessments and keep a register alive. Day one covers technique selection and facilitation. Day two is spent building, scoring and aggregating a real register. Suited to organisations whose register has become a compliance artefact nobody reads.

- Aggregating divisional registers to an enterprise view without losing meaning
- Keeping the register alive: review cycles, ownership, version control, system options
- Practical build: delegates construct a full register for a case organisation and their own
