Programme overview
For the people in each department who carry the risk function without holding the risk job title. Teaches the practical mechanics of identifying, recording, escalating and reporting risk in a business unit, and how to have the conversation with a line manager who thinks risk is the risk department's problem. Frequently commissioned in-house to launch or reset a devolved risk model.

Departmental risk champions and coordinators, branch and regional managers, line supervisors with delegated risk duties, project managers, and staff newly assigned risk responsibilities.
